Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Engage with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their counseling journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address client preferences and treatment objectives, allowing for a customized approach to mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by your clients, you will be equipped to create empathetic and effective therapeutic relationships that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that allow for the development of rapport and therapeutic connections with clients in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively conduct therapy sessions and manage documentation.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients’ challenges to support their mental health journey.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy platforms will give you an advantage in this role. Additionally, knowledge of evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health treatment will enhance your effectiveness as a counselor.

Compensation and Benefits
