We are partnering with a highly respected senior living provider in Northern New Jersey seeking an Executive Director to steer their gorgeous, brand-new community through its lease-up. This operator truly knows the regional market and pairs hands-on, accessible regional leadership with an agile culture that actually embraces new ideas instead of hiding behind bureaucracy.

 

You are stepping into a beautiful, newly opened Assisted Living and Memory Care community that is already growing occupancy. Best of all, you will have a fully staffed, dedicated department head team ready for an inspiring leader to take them across the finish line.

 

The Role: Lead with Impact

● Drive Lease-Up Momentum: Partner closely with sales leadership and community teams to hit occupancy and NOI targets while keeping operations orderly and stable.

● Lead from the Front: Actively engage with department heads, mentor staff, and serve as a visible advocate for residents and families.

● Champion Comprehensive Care: Support specialized memory care programming and forward-thinking resident partnerships designed to reduce hospitalizations and allow seniors to age in place.

 

What It Takes to Lead Here

● The Background: Proven executive leadership in senior living, with strong experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care environments. (Active CALA certification preferred).

● The Mindset: A hands-on, sales-minded leader who thrives in a growth environment, leads by example, and loves collaborating with families.

● Operational Acumen: Ability to guide department leaders, manage community budgets, and hit NOI goals.
