About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to take on the top HR leadership role within its diversified real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full people strategy across a multi-state workforce, with a focus on operational excellence, talent management, and succession planning. This strategic yet hands-on executive will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board to oversee all HR functions, including employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management. The role demands a collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships, strengthen talent and succession strategies, and support the organization's growth and evolution.
