About the Role
Prodigy Management Group is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our in-person team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, restaurants, fast food, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are ready to grow professionally in a structured business environment.
No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to provide product and service information
- Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting sales initiatives
- Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Participate in hands-on training and ongoing development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, reliable, and coachable
- Comfortable working in person (this is not a remote role)
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Degree not required
