Mit rund 6.300 Mitarbeitern und zahlreichen Produktionsstandorten im In- und Ausland sowie 1,58 Mrd. Euro Umsatz gehren wir zu den fhrenden Unternehmensgruppen fr Farben, Lacke, Bautenschutzund energiesparende Wrmedmm-Verbundsysteme in Europa mit Sitz im Rhein-Main-Gebiet. Im Profi- und auch DIY-Geschft sind wir mit unseren bekannten Marken Caparol und Alpina Marktfhrer.
Du vertiefst und pflegst Beziehungen zu Key-Account-Kunden wie Architekten, Planern, Betreibern und Investoren und Generalunternehmern.
Zudem baust du ein Netzwerk von relevanten Entscheidungstrgern im Raum Hamburg auf.
Du identifizierst und akquirierst Key-Account-Kunden sowie Multiplikatoren. Dabei betreust du relevante Ansprechpartner bei unseren Kunden wie Geschftsfhrung, Einkauf, Technik und Planung.
Du planst und organisierst eigenstndig den Verkauf und Vorverkauf unserer Produkte, Systeme und Dienstleistungen an Key-Account-Kunden und Beeinflusser.
Du bernimmst Verantwortung fr die Umsatzentwicklung durch eine kontinuierliche Steigerung der Potenzialausschpfung der Key-Account-Kunden und die genaue Beobachtung des Wettbewerbs.
Du untersttzt deine Kunden bei der Analyse der Planung, Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen, Umsetzung und erarbeitest Optimierungsvorschlge zur Effizienzsteigerung.
Du bindest zielorientiert deine Kollegen ein und koordinierst markenbergreifende Aktivitten mit den Key-Account-Kunden.
Das bringst du mit:
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmnnische Berufsausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium (beispielsweise als Architekt) sowie mindestens dreijhrige Erfahrung im Key-Account-Management im Planungs- und Baubereich.
Du kennst die Kundengruppe (Planer, Investoren und Generalunternehmer) umfassend und verstehst deren Bedrfnisse in verschiedenen Leistungsphasen.
Idealerweise verfgst du bereits ber ein entsprechendes Netzwerk im Raum Hamburg und hast deinen Wohnsitz im entsprechenden Vertriebsgebiet.
Du kannst komplexe Produkte berzeugend prsentieren und besitzt eine ausgeprgte Vertriebs- und Serviceorientierung.
Du arbeitest eigenstndig, zielorientiert und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein.
Du kommunizierst berzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist in der Lage, Menschen fr deine Ideen zu begeistern.
Du bist innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets reisebereit und besitzt einen gltigen Pkw-Fhrerschein.
