Associate Attorney

Bradenton Law Firm is a well established, no frills law firm in Bradenton, FL. We are looking to add an associate attorney to our team. This role will be cross‑functional across Personal Injury, Construction Defect, and Insurance Defense. Salary $85,000 – $120,000 per year. Benefits Comprehensive Benefits Package Great PTO Package (1–5 years = 3 weeks, 5–10 years = 4 weeks, 10–15 years = 5 weeks, 15+ years = 6 weeks) Strong longevity within the firm (average tenure over 10 years, staff with 15+ years) Qualifications Admitted to FL state bar 1–3 years of experience as a practicing attorney Exposure to Personal Injury, Construction Defect, or Insurance Defense Responsibilities The associate attorney will support litigation and transaction work across the firm’s practice areas, prepare legal documents, conduct client interviews, and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management.
