Talent Development Coordinator

Consciousabraxas Enterprise, Corp. is seeking a reliable and organized Talent Development Coordinator to support employee training, onboarding support, and professional development activities. This role focuses on ensuring team members receive required training, understand internal processes, and are supported in their development within the organization. This is a support and coordination role , not a management or decision-making position. The ideal candidate is flexible, responsive, and comfortable working remotely in an on-demand capacity. Training & Onboarding Support Coordinate onboarding training for new hires Ensure required trainings and certifications are completed on time Track and document training completion Serve as a point of contact for training-related questions Organize and maintain training materials and resources Upload, update, and manage training content in learning platforms Support leadership with training documentation and records Employee Development Support Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives Coordinate internal trainings, workshops, or learning sessions Help identify training gaps and improvement opportunities Administrative & Reporting Provide leadership with updates on training status and completion Support improvements to training workflows and processes What This Role Does NOT Do Make hiring or termination decisions Conduct performance evaluations Supervise staff or provide managerial oversight (All final decisions remain with leadership.)
