Skill set:

• Strong solution consulting / architecture background
• Experience in healthcare and Medicare regulatory programs (highly required)
• Ability to work across business and IT teams in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead technical expert and liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business and regulatory needs are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Lead solution and requirements development for complex initiatives that may span multiple business domains, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Drive current-state to future-state analysis, including process mapping, solution option analysis, and assessment of upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Influence and support stakeholders through clear articulation of solution trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.

Technical skill: ETL, SQL, Azure/cloud knowledge, APIs and knowledge of security standards/TSL certificates, Solution/context/Systems Diagraming using Lucid, JIRA, Excel mastery
