Service Experience Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Service Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients move through the vacation-planning process by researching suitable options, coordinating selected services, and keeping important details organized. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing multiple tasks, communicating clearly, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You Will Do

Learn about client travel preferences, destination interests, preferred dates, budgets, and special requests. Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages. Assist clients with comparing options and coordinating requested services through approved supplier resources. Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information. Keep clients informed through updates, follow-up, routine question support, and assistance with standard changes. Maintain accurate records while continuing to build supplier and destination knowledge. Opportunity Details
