Regional Sales Manager - Northern California - Orthopaedic Instruments

Regional Sales Manager position overseeing orthopaedic instruments sales in Northern California. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, developing talent, planning regional strategies, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, direct and coordinate sales representative activities and performance
- Interview, hire, train and develop high-performing sales team members
- Develop regional sales plans to maximize opportunities and exceed goals
- Provide support and assistance to sales representatives and customers as needed
- Partner with Director of Sales to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close profitable deals
- MBA or MA preferred
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Compensation: $162,500 salary plus bonus and commission; target total compensation $287,500 at plan
