Build Your Future.Position OverviewWe are looking for an assistant general manager who will be a key member of our leadership team and responsible for assisting the managing partner with daily club operations including sales success, member satisfaction and facility cleanliness at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.___________________________________________________________________________________________What You’ll Do:As the Assistant General Manager, you'll support a high-care, high-performance culture that operates with speed and determination in delivering outcomes. You will be responsible for creating a warm, kind and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in an “no judgments” environment. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants.___________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks Like:Fully staffed with high performers across MSRsKPIs consistently meet or exceed, with clear performance standards, ongoing coaching, and performance management driving individual and collective achievement.Deliver member and guest experience through high hospitalityTrue operations partner to Managing Partner—owning scheduling/labor, asset/inventory management, facility cleanliness, and front desk oversight.Club runs smoothly with 100% policy/procedure compliance, crisp facility standards, and full utilization of Crunch tools for communication, documentation, and operations.___________________________________________________________________________________________About You:You positively influence others and create alignment and forward movement.Develop strong knowledge of established processes and serve as a reliable resource for the team. Communication is clear, direct, and focused on helping the team move forward confidently.You bring consistent energy and commitment to challenging work, making thoughtful, timely decisions and maintaining strong accountability for results.___________________________________________________________________________________________Responsibilities:Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives, to maintain proper staffing levels at all timesMonitor scorecard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standardsLead by example by delivering personal and team performance targetsManage team member performance standards, with on-going development, training, and coachingImpact member retention by doing Whatever It Takes to deliver the “Wow 10-Member Experience”Assist and support to the Managing Partner in the areas such as, but not limited to:Scheduling and labor managementMember service resolution with pace and empathyResolving or escalating employee issues or concernsLead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member salesNew member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs offeredTeam member goal setting, development plans, and regular staff meetingsSupervise club asset management, to include inventory reconciliation, supply ordering, and club-related small equipment expendituresInvolvement and supervision in all front desk related activitiesMaintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time by ensuring compliance with Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/equipment work order oversightUtilize Crunch-specific tools to communicate, document, and support overall club operations such as incident reporting, facility standards, internal communications, and process integrationEnsure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standardsQualifications:2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferredExperience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs requiredExperience leading and/or supervising employees preferredCPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtimeAbility to maintain high standards at the gymAbility to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust, setting examples in all behaviors and actionsClear communication skills, demonstrating confidence___________________________________________________________________________________________Physical RequirementsThis is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hoursEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor degree preferred___________________________________________________________________________________________Travel:No travel required___________________________________________________________________________________________BenefitsPTOSubsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positionsBasic Life and AD&DHSAShort-term disabilityFree gym membership___________________________________________________________________________________________EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERUDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
