As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across front-of-house, events, and facility management. You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

• Support overall venue operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across departments
• Ensure a high standard of guest experience, safety, and cleanliness
• Drive revenue through strong operational execution, events support, and upselling opportunities
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and take action to meet or exceed location goals
