Job Title Travel RN – Operating Room / Surgery (Nights) Location Santa Fe, NM | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, measurable plans of care consistent with Nursing Standards of Care Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring clinical intervention Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of clinical findings and patient outcomes, modifying the plan of care accordingly Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning Perform Point of Care testing procedures and document timely, appropriate interventions; fulfill on-call duties including 1–2 call nights per week and 1–2 weekend call shifts (24-hour), with charge duties as needed Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Current New Mexico RN license or active Compact state RN license BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Ability to float to other departments as needed Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in an Operating Room or surgical nursing setting Proficiency with EPIC EMR National professional nursing certification or advanced nursing education (BSN or MSN) Why Join Us Hospital scrubs provided — no out-of-pocket uniform costs Immediate start available for qualified candidates seeking a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic surgical environment About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
