Technology Quality Technician

Job Title: Technology Quality Technician Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478 Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to conducting quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and results reporting. You will also assist in designing tests and fixtures, ensure safety in all inspection and test activities, and drive continuous improvement using the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System. Responsibilities
- Inspect documentation, parts, components, materials, subassemblies, and equipment against stated specifications.
- Perform manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with applicable procedures.
- Assist in designing tests and fixtures and their set-up.
- Document the results of inspections and tests, and verify the stability of results over time.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in English.
- Certification in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001.
- Key Skills: Soldering, Metrology.
- Key Abilities: Communication Skills and Basic PC Applications.
- Proficiency in SMT and Electronics Manufacturing.
