As an Inside Sales Advisor, you'll own the full sales cycle---from first conversation through onboarding---helping dental professionals take the next step toward "Great Dentistry." This isn't an order‑taking role. It's a consultative, high‑accountability position where curiosity, persistence, and follow‑through separate top performers from the rest. What You'll Do Own the outcome: Manage your pipeline end-to-end---from initial outreach to close---while ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success. Create momentum daily: Consistently engage your pipeline with high-touch, thoughtful outreach. No coasting---just steady, intentional progress. Move with urgency: Respond to new Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within 10 minutes. Speed matters---and so does substance. Operate like a professional: Use HubSpot and sales data to track performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve your approach. Deliver results: Hit and exceed quota across campus workshops and membership goals. This is a performance‑driven role. Collaborate to win: Partner with Campus Advisors to unlock new opportunities and expand value for prospective members. What We're Looking For Proven sales grit: 3 years in a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you owned a quota and delivered. Coachability drive: You want feedback. You apply it. You get better---fast. Accountability mindset: You track your numbers, know your gaps, and take ownership of your results. Tech fluency: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfort working within data to guide decisions.
