Director of Maintenance
Join our team at Kensington Place Senior Living, a compassionate and innovative healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to seniors in Columbus, OH!
As the Director of Maintenance , you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
Managing the maintenance team , overseeing daily operations, and providing leadership and training to ensure high-quality performance
Coordinating and implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, protocols, and standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
Collaborating with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs, and developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (n/a)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or related role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools
