Job Overview

We are looking for sales professional with experience in also in estimating, as well as sales in commercial, residential, construction, hospitals, and nonprofits; prior experience in restoration and remediation is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset. All Boro Inc., a leading restoration, remediation, and construction company, is seeking a General Construction Sales Estimator to expand our market presence and grow new business across the Tri-State area.

This is a dynamic field sales role ideal for a motivated “closer” who thrives on building face-to-face relationships and delivering real solutions to clients in both commercial and residential sectors. As a key member of our Sales & Client Relations team, you’ll promote our brand, generate qualified leads, and develop a strong referral network with hospitals, nonprofits, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation : Proactively generate new leads and close deals for restoration and construction services.

· Relationship Building: Promote our services to Hospitals, Nonprofits, Housing Authorities, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters/Agents, Plumbers, Home Inspectors, and other key industry contacts.

· Networking: Attend industry networking events, join relevant associations, and represent All Boro at trade shows to expand your reach.

· Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face client meetings and promotional events throughout the territory.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting in our CRM system.

· Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent job fulfillment for the client.

Qualifications

· Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in an estimating, B2B sales, account management, or field sales role. Experience in restoration and remediation will be considered strong asset. 

· Skills: Self-starter with exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills.

· Xactimate: Familiarity or willingness to learn Xactimate is preferred but not required (we will provide training for the right candidate).

· Tech-Savvy:  Proficiency with CRM systems such as Sales Force and Microsoft Office applications.

· Drive: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Applicants are encouraged to provided references or examples of past client performance, where applicable.

Schedule & Location

· Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

· Location: Based out of our Amityville, NY office.

· Travel: This is a Field Sales position requiring daily local travel for client visits and networking events throughout the Tri-State area.
