Why You Should Apply Competitive compensation at $25–$30 per hour Opportunity to join a stable and growing energy organization Collaborative team environment with supportive leadership Strong visibility across accounting and operational teams Opportunity to expand your accounting skill set and grow professionally Fast paced environment where your contributions make a difference What You’ll Do As Accounts Payable Specialist Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation Review coding and approvals to ensure compliance with company policies Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies Assist with payment processing and AP reporting activities Support month end close related to accounts payable functions Maintain organized records and documentation Partner with accounting and operational teams to improve processes and workflow efficiency What You Bring As Accounts Payable Specialist Two or more years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload effectively Experience working within accounting systems and Excel Strong communication and problem solving abilities Positive attitude and team oriented approach What You Need To Know Compensation: $25–$30 per hour Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday Employment Type: Full time, permanent Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Must be local to the Kansas City metro area Interested?
