Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care while managing a reduced leadership caseload

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes

• Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians and support staff

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)

• Preferred previous experience in leadership, mentoring, clinical instruction, or supervision

• Strong passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred
