Madrigal is seeking a Health Systems Regional Scientific Director to build and maintain relationships with health system decision makers across CO, UT, AZ and NV. This remote field-based role reports to the HS Senior Director and aligns with GMA on medical strategy and HEOR initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a clinical degree, 5+ years in IDN/payer spaces, and strong regulatory, communications, and leadership capabilities to advance access and evidence generation for Madrigal’s MASH therapies.
