Scope of Work

Contract Review

Examine current telecommunications and technology agreements (covering services such as voice and data) to identify billing inconsistencies, overcharges, and potential savings through renegotiation.

Expense Assessment

Analyze existing technology and telecom expenses to detect inefficiencies, billing discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Cost Optimization

Provide thorough recommendations focused on reducing costs through service consolidation, enhanced service reliability, and contract renegotiation.

Reporting and Documentation

Develop detailed reports and analyses, presenting actionable insights that support improved expense oversight and budget accuracy.
