We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Senior Trial Attorney *to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
* Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
* Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
* Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
* Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

*Qualifications:*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active state bar membership and in good standing.
* *Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a trial attorney,* with a proven track record of success in high-stakes litigation.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
