AP/AR Clerk Position in Miami Lakes, FL

Job Essentials for the AP/AR Clerk in Miami Lakes, FL:

A/P Process invoices in JDE Reconcile vendor accounts/statements General knowledge of accounts payable functions Support the A/P manager in day-to-day operations Provide back support when needed A/R Daily processing and recording of all A/R cash receipts Research and resolve incoming discrepancies/chargebacks and follow up with appropriate internal DPT. Assist with special projects related to account reconciliation Prepare monthly billing of Surcharge invoices and send to customers Assist credit manager with A/R account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects Follows all policies and procedures of the Occupational Safety and Health, Human Resources, and Quality Department. Reports any safety deficiency to immediate supervisor. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements for the AP/AR Clerk in Miami Lakes, FL:

• Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• 2+ years of accounting experience required
• Data entry, document management, file creation, and previous records experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• JD Edwardss experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, a must, with intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot/VLook-up) is required.
• Must be Bi-Lingual written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.
