You may describe yourself as:Strategic and forward-thinkingSkilled at supplier negotiations and relationship managementData-driven and analyticalCollaborative and cross-functionalProactive in identifying opportunities and mitigating risksAdaptable in fast-changing environmentsStrong communicator and stakeholder influencerDetail-oriented and process-focusedContinuous improvement mindedGlobally aware and culturally agileRequirementsWhat You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.Experience sourcing internationally and developing global supplier networks.Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience.Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.Experience utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Preferred QualificationsExperience sourcing HVAC, mechanical, manufacturing, or electronic components.Knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and supplier risk management.Experience supporting new product development and product launches.Understanding of Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) principles.Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.Spanish language proficiency.Physical and Mental DemandsWhile performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
