Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is vital to the smooth and continuous flow of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect and verify finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Commitment to safety and a positive work ethic.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for long periods.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
- Exposure to manufacturing environment, including noise and machinery.
