We're looking for a Captain – Training & Development who can lead by example, develop our team members, and help maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on operational leadership position. Our Captains don't just supervise or train. They actively work alongside the team, rotate through different positions, and help keep the business running efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Daily Operations & Leadership Actively work in different positions throughout the business based on operational needs. Support kitchen operations, food preparation, guest service, arena activities, parties, and other departments as needed. Lead shifts and assist with daily operational responsibilities. Maintain expectations for productivity, urgency, teamwork, and professionalism. Step in wherever needed to support the team and deliver a great guest experience. Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions. Training & Development Train and develop new team members across multiple positions. Support our Rookie training program and help team members progress in their development. Coach team members on proper procedures, efficiency, guest service, and quality. Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback. Help develop future Trainers, Team Leads, and Captains. Work with other leaders to ensure consistent training across departments. Standards & Accountability Reinforce food safety, cleanliness, operational procedures, and service standards. Help ensure team members follow established expectations. Address performance concerns through coaching and accountability. Partner with other Captains to improve operational consistency. Lead by example and demonstrate the standards expected from every team member. What We're Looking For Previous leadership, coaching, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Comfortable working in multiple operational positions. Willing to jump in and help wherever the business needs support. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable. A proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Someone who takes ownership and wants to help others succeed. Restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus.
