Onsite HR Generalist — Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance

Sproutup is seeking an HR Generalist to support pay, benefits, and leave administration for our Woodland, CA team. This 100% onsite role focuses on onboarding, policy guidance, and day-to-day HR operations to keep employees engaged and compliant. You should have 2–3 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
