Location Onsite: Overland Park, KS 66211 Responsibilities This position is a combination of project/task coordination and hands-on work. The role is responsible for ensuring an important refresh project goes smoothly, including coordinating dates, regions, and users for refresh pools. The role will present updates to IT Leadership and maintain a risk log. The role will pull assets (computer devices) and assign to build technicians. The role will serve as an escalation point. Qualifications The role does not require a PMP but requires demonstrated experience coordinating technical projects. Experience using ServiceNow for catalog requests and workflow processes. While experience building computers is not necessary, a demonstrable understanding of Build Room processes, flows, and build technician duties is a must. Ability to communicate with technicians as well as IT leaders in an understandable manner. Ability to provide easy-to-read data points and project updates in PowerPoint and Excel for IT leaders. Ability to track Refresh Tickets and responses from users; track progress of all refreshes. Ability to trigger sets of refreshes based on factors such as OS, device health, region, warranty lease, and RAM.
