Clinical Director

Clinical DirectorGulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director opportunity at an established residential facility near Baltimore, MD. The Clinical Director's primary focus is to lead trauma-informed clinical services within our residential treatment program serving youth and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs.Clinical Director Responsibilities:Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coachingEnsure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the fieldDirects the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & modelsParticipates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical areaClinical Director Qualifications:Master's Degree in a related discipline requiredMaryland: Professional licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C.Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential experience preferred.3+ years clinical management experience preferredClinical Director Details:Competitive Salary ($110k+)Annual BonusFull Benefits/401k MatchFour Weeks PTO in year onePlease email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io to be considered.
