This role involves utilizing excellent communication skills for patient education and actively participating in four-handed dentistry techniques. The schedule is consistent and focused on midweek operations.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of documented chairside dental assisting experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques.

Job Description

Greet and prepare dental patients for treatments and procedures, ensuring their comfort throughout the visit.
Provide professional and efficient chairside assistance to the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Educate patients clearly and effectively on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and recommended preventative measures.
Maintain clean, sterilized, and fully stocked operatories before and after each patient appointment.
Accurately manage and organize patient records and treatment documentation.
Assist the team with various tasks necessary to maintain the flow and efficiency of the dental office.

Benefits

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Standard Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Monday.
Core Operating Hours:
Monday (Alternate): 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Exclusions: No Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts.
