Security Recruiter - Entry Level

Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to support Secure Pros, our security division location in downtown San Francisco, CA. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to gain exposure in the staffing and recruiting field. Responsibilities will include assisting in creating a sourcing plan to attract qualified Security guard candidates,  managing the interview process, onboarding, scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed. 

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing a security pipeline that aligns with the client needs and output requirements.
• Participating in the hiring process by screening candidates, processing applications, and onboarding.
• Scheduling and dispatching Security Guards to multiple worksites.
• Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly, and legal storage of personnel data.
• Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office and scheduling system.
• Conducting site check ins, engaging with clients and field staff. 
• Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Operations Manager.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working weekends
