Role Description This is a Full-Time, on-site Stock Associate role based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Stock Associate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise deliveries, ensuring that all items are accurately checked, tagged, and stored according to company standards. This role includes maintaining back-of-house organization, managing stockroom cleanliness, and supporting inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations. The Stock Associate will work closely with the sales team to replenish the sales floor, prepare merchandise for client appointments, and ensure that display and storage areas support an elevated luxury client experience. The role may also assist with shipping client orders, transfers between locations, and following company procedures for product security and loss prevention. Qualifications Strong inventory management capabilities, including experience with Inventory Control and Retail Loss Prevention procedures. Hands-on experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, such as unpacking, checking, tagging, and organizing merchandise. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with store teams and support a luxury client environment. High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations experience in luxury fashion or premium retail is preferred. Ability to lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks safely and consistently. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail operations or logistics is a plus.
