Summary We are seeking a motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Operations Associate to join a luxury retail back‑of‑house team. The role supports back‑of‑house efficiency and client service by managing stock, repairs, after‑sales, and operational processes. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in luxury retail operations. Responsibilities Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency and day‑to‑day operational workflows Manage inventory, stock control, and after‑sales repairs Support client services and ensure processes meet brand standards Oversee store facilities, systems, and related maintenance tasks Assist with financial, policy, and procedural compliance Coordinate with sales teams to support client care and service delivery Requirements Experience in a retail operations or similar role Highly organized with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Client‑service oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment Ability to handle inventory management, repairs, and after‑sales processes Luxury retail experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
