To support a dynamic customer service environment, the full-time Bilingual Call Center Agent will manage customer inquiries, fulfill requests, and sell parts while working remotely in the USA. Key responsibilities Answer customer calls and provide information on products and services Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Recognize up-sell opportunities and complete transactions accurately Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication Experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and mechanical parts Proficient in relevant computer applications
