Days 7am-3pm, Evenings 3pm-11pm, Weekends (varied shifts). Pay rates: Full-time and part-time, $17.25-$19.67 per hour. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 900 staff ranging from highly‑specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work to one common goal: the happiness, self‑fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community. Responsibilities As a direct support professional you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve. Shift Availability Available shifts: Full‑time, part‑time and on‑call. Days 7am‑3pm, evenings 3pm‑11pm, weekends (varied shifts). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, diploma’s acquired outside of the US must be evaluated One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred Be at least 21 years of age Must possess and maintain valid driver's license Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, Devereux provides a comprehensive health and welfare program to eligible full‑time employees, family members and domestic partners.
