We are a very busy Public EA tax and bookkeeping office with over 500 clients. We are looking for an bookkeeper to work closely with our accounting team for the preparation of client financial records, including sales, receipts, payroll, payables, general ledger, and accounts receivable.
Experience with Sage accounting software, and Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ability to assist clients with dropping off and picking up.
- Ability to multitask.
- Accurately enter data in AP, PR, CM, GL, and AR
- Professionally answer telephones with ability to take detailed messages
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude
- Adjusting entries through financial statements
