Key responsibilities include designing a long-term corporate communications strategy, leading all external communications efforts, and ensuring the translation of complex scientific and clinical data into clear messaging for diverse stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing external agency partners, supporting executive visibility, and contributing to issues management and crisis communications planning. Applicants for the Head of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate communications within biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and executing communications strategies in both pre-commercial and commercial environments, with a specific emphasis on product launch communications. Strong media relations expertise, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and fluency in Korean is a plus.
