Sr. Supervisor, Clinical Training Department: Clinical Employment Type: Full Time Location: EMEA-Germany-Field based Description This position is mainly responsible for supporting education and knowledge transfer, in-practice and virtual Scanner trainings to our customers and internal training to Align and 3rd party commercial organizations, internal and external supporting the development of medical education materials. The process includes interaction and communication with all customer facing functions to clarify all inquiries. Focus will be on internal and external education and support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers if needed. In addition, other duties will include support with graphics and presentation materials for sales and clinical education. Role expectations Lead Clinical Trainer iTero Team in the DACH region Deliver virtual and onsite training on iTero Element IOS Represent iTero and SCCS at trade fairs, congresses, and events Provide customer support and education on IOS, iTero, IOC, and OrthoCAD Troubleshoot software/hardware issues (IDS, ClinCheck integrations) Review presentations, scans, and digital materials for sales/education Investigate and analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and issues Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems Ensure timely resolution of customer education and support requests Identify trends in customer issues and share insights internallyConduct customer evaluations and follow-ups post-training Assess customer learning curves and provide additional support if needed What we’re looking for Degree as Dental Technician Strong knowledge of ExoCAD 10+ years of relevant experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn Good knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Align Technology, Inc.
