QA Automation / Manual Tester The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with our Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and implement a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives. This ETS group oversees each project from inception to deployment, offering essential ETS support needed to improve existing systems, develop or upgrade interfaces, and design, test, and launch new applications. Requirements BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes. Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM). Knowledge of SQL databases. Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Playwright. Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI. Experience with performance testing tools using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. Experience with manual testing. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Technical Skills (Must Have) Agile Tester API Testing Automated Testing BA/UAT Tester Manual Testing Senior Test Engineer Responsibilities Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile / waterfall process. Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams. Design and implement test plans and test cases. Develop and execute automated / manual UI and functional tests.
