QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary This position is with State of New York and as a Quality Analyst you will support the CurRent NYC initiative that aims to enhance landlord services through improved customer service, self-service capabilities, electronic rent payments, and accurate payment tracking across all programs and tenants. Significant enhancements are needed to meet the project's original objectives. Required Skills Minimum 4 Years of experience with QA Methodology and QA Validations to ensure Quality Assurance Control. Expertise in the QA process, well acquainted with all phases of SDLC and STLC, and had experience in testing very complicated applications. Hands‑on Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle. Minimum 4 Years of expertise in working with Selenium Web Driver using TestNG Java framework. Expertise in writing Java script in Eclipse IDE and expertise in inheritance, concatenation, and all OOPS concepts. Hands‑on Experience developing a framework using a design pattern - Page Object Model. Minimum 4 Years of experience in testing Middleware technologies Web Services (SOAP, REST) Testing using SOAPUI. Good experience in validating XML and XML Schema, XML Parser. Worked on cross-browser IE, Firefox, and Chrome Driver. Hands‑on experience in writing own CSS Selectors and Xpath expressions to identify web elements. Techniques to automate Ajax calls, Child Windows, and IFrames. Minimum 4 Years of hands‑on experience Working with TestNG for Automation testing Reports. Hands‑on experience Working with Jenkins for Automation, continuous integration, job scheduling, and configuration. Extensive experience with GitLab as a version control tool.
