Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a payroll specialist that knows their way in the payroll world and wants to know more. Our company is a high scale tech company that value great service to our costumers and our employees. Responsibilities: Support the global payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality Handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork. Continuous updates of Papaya payroll system Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests – in a professional and helpful manner. Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process. Global experience with other European countries is an advantage Proficiency with payroll-related systems and software – MS Excel (must), Hilan (preferable). Desire to learn and specialize in the fields of global salary: personal income tax, labour laws and social benefits. Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively. Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Czecch. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, Customer service oriented. Strong personal ethics. High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Motivated, fast learner, and responsible. We operate in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office.
