Your Impact On Our Mission Zocdoc is looking for an Associate, Paid Social to join our Patient Acquisition Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you’ll support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns designed to connect more patients with the care they need. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the high-quality campaign management that keeps our paid social program running smoothly—from building campaigns and managing budgets to monitoring performance, completing QA, and troubleshooting issues. You’ll work primarily in Meta Ads Manager while supporting testing and expansion across TikTok and other relevant social platforms. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You’ll enjoy this role if you are… Detail‑oriented and reliable—you catch issues before they affect campaign delivery or performance Comfortable working within established systems and workflows while identifying practical ways to improve them A clear, thoughtful communicator, especially when collaborating asynchronously Curious about performance data and motivated to turn findings into practical campaign adjustments Familiar with current social media trends, formats, creative styles, and messaging Your day to day is… Building, launching, and managing paid social campaigns, primarily within Meta Ads Manager Assisting Paid Social Manager with campaign budgets, pacing, bidding approaches, audience targeting, and delivery against channel goals Monitoring campaign performance and making ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and results Completing thorough QA across campaign setup, targeting, creative assets, tracking, and platform configurations Supporting A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, and campaign structure to identify actionable performance insights Partnering with Creative, Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Analytics teams to coordinate campaign launches and improve performance Monitoring platform updates, emerging ad formats, and social media trends that could inform creative testing or campaign execution Supporting campaign expansion and testing across TikTok and other emerging social platforms as needed You’ll be successful in this role if you have… 1+ years of experience in paid social advertising, performance marketing, media buying, campaign management, or a related digital marketing role Strong hands‑on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, optimization, reporting, and QA The ability to interpret performance data, identify meaningful trends, and make practical adjustments based on your findings Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain campaign results and execution decisions to cross‑functional partners A track record of independently managing campaign workstreams, following established processes, and escalating issues appropriately A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Looker, Google Analytics, or advanced Excel functions is a plus Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
