What You’ll Do

Lead Generation (Door-to-Door)

• Prospect residential neighborhoods daily

• Initiate conversations with homeowners and identify roof conditions

• Generate qualified leads through direct outreach

Full-Cycle Sales

• Conduct on-the-spot consultations and roof evaluations

• Educate homeowners on the Roof Maxx solution vs. replacement

• Present pricing and value clearly and confidently

• Close deals in the field and manage follow-ups when needed

Customer Education

• Communicate the benefits of roof rejuvenation in simple, compelling terms

• Build trust through transparency and professionalism

• Position solutions based on homeowner needs—not pressure

Pipeline & Performance Management

• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity

• Maintain daily and weekly performance targets

• Continuously improve pitch, objection handling, and closing skills
