Belle uses cutting edge data science to identify those most in need on behalf of health plans and deploys its services accordingly. While in the home, Community Health Workers complete assessments and screenings, often being the first to identify emerging issues below and above the knee. Join us if our cause inspires you!Belle is looking for a full-time State Operations Manager to lead high-performing field operations across Georgia by developing strong operational leaders, driving consistent execution, and ensuring Belle delivers an exceptional member experience as we scale. This role is based in Georgia, with regular field travel across the state (50-75% of time).Responsibilities include:Ensuring the state meets or exceeds statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks, including appointment completion rates, on-time performance, data quality, member satisfaction (CSAT), attendance, and CHW utilization.Monitoring performance trends and risks across markets, Belle Operations Supervisors (BOS), and Community Health Workers (CHWs); drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement.Ensuring operational audits, quality reviews, and corrective actions are completed consistently and on time.Reporting performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of Operations.Managing and developing BOSs across Georgia through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching.Establishing clear ownership and accountability across the State Operations Manager, BOS, CHW Lead, and CHW levels.Ensuring BOSs independently own day-to-day CHW performance and escalations, resolving decisions at the appropriate level.Developing leadership capabilities and a strong internal pipeline to support continued growth.Ensuring policies, workflows, and standards of care are executed consistently across the state, including monthly field ridealongs.Maintaining statewide visibility into CHW staffing, capacity, utilization, and demand, ensuring staffing is never a bottleneck to growth.Translating priorities into clear execution plans, resolving market inconsistencies, and driving adoption of new processes and technology.Serving as the primary Georgia Operations point of contact for Member Operations, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, and Engineering, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are implemented effectively.
