Functional Staff SpecialistServe as a functional (resource management) staff specialist working on assigned systems performing data analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of three separate systems.Perform management review and data analysis of all aspects of assigned system implementation to include data collection procedures and compliance.Assist in the review of new software or redesign of the system or subsystems.Develop, coordinate and update all documentation for the assigned system to include user manuals, trainer's guides, and student workbooks based on actual program design.Provide advice and assistance to other team members regarding functional resource management (expense), personnel, and force development (manpower) functions.
