Supervisor

Location: Madison Avenue, New York. Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: $22-25 per hour plus commission and tips. Benefits: See details for full benefits package. Supervisor Responsibilities Inspire and empower the team to Host from the Heart – guide them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction, and bring intention to the smallest moments; create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for. Drive continuous elevation of the overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a center of innovation and experimentation. Serve as the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team. Use creativity to set team challenges that create an engaging interactive experience in store. Track and measure sales results throughout the day, adapting and staying flexible to remain on track. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to provide support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that enables the team to flourish and grow in their roles. Communicate clearly and confidently, delivering feedback to team members at all levels in the moment. Recognize and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities, feeding observations back to management. Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support. Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to follow all policies and processes, ensuring a risk‑free environment. Encourage the team to opt customers into the loyalty program to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store. Experience as a Supervisor in a store is required. Ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high‑performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth, and development.
