Maintenance Manager- Yosemite

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. Compensation Annual salary: $75,000.00 to $96,000.00. Job Responsibilities Leverages coaching model to engage and develop team members. Rewards and recognizes employees. Ensures individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations. Plays and leads daily team briefings. Ensures safety standards in all operations. Directs work of at least two full‑time employees or equivalent. Makes or influences employment decisions such as hiring and promotions. Develops and executes maintenance solutions to meet customer needs. Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications. Mentors and develops teams, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. Creates shared understanding for achievement and execution. Ensures safety and sanitation standards comply with company and client regulations. Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress. Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service. Manages completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements. Delivers client and company financial targets. Adopts all processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends, and educates teams on key margins improvement levers. Qualifications At least 2 years of maintenance experience. 1–2 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to manage independently within a larger team or function. Strong multitasking ability.
