Job Description:
AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Docketing Clerk to join one of its clients in the Downtown area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience supportign litigation attorneys in research, document retrieval, and issuance of service. This candidate must have experience managing court filings and other filing systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Perform electronic filings;
- Reviewing incomign and outgoing documents for compliance with court systems;
- Calendaring deadlines;
- Searching for various matters;
- Manage other administrative tasks;
Experience:
- 5+ years of docketing experience and 5+ years of litigation experience.
