This role is critical to our continued growth and success, providing accurate cost analyses, competitive bid preparation, and strategic support throughout the preconstruction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead expenses.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.

• Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bid proposals.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

• Mentor and support junior estimators.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare reports and presentations regarding project costs and bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of construction estimating experience.

• Experience preparing estimates and bids for large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

• Experience with Trimble AutoBid.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. xhyhwjd

• Mechanical field installation experience considered.
