In this rewarding role, you will act as a mentor and a community connector. You will split your time between providing top-tier direct support and providing the oversight and direction that helps our other DSPs excel. You understand that your success is measured by the growth of your staff and the smiles of the individuals we support as they explore their world.What You'll DoStaff Mentorship & Support: Act as a hands-on coach for both new and existing DSPs. You'll be the go-to resource for your team, offering the training and encouragement they need to provide the highest quality of care.Community Integration: Break down barriers to community life. You will actively seek out opportunities for individuals to build local relationships, join clubs, and participate in the activities that matter most to them.Meaningful Activity Planning: Lead the charge in moving away from "routine" and toward "remarkable."
